Private Lessons – Handbuilding

(1.5 hour lesson, ages 6 and up)

Clayhouse Brooklyn welcomes all levels of pottery for Private Lessons. Whether you are a complete beginner or aspiring potter, we cater our private lessons to provide for all levels of instruction for kids and adults! These lessons are a great way to get specialized attention on your schedule.

If you have not confirmed your private lesson’s date and time with us, please send us an email (pottery@clayhousebrooklyn.com) with your desired dates/times and we will get back to you about availability!

Cancellation Policy

• All private lesson registration sales are final; no refunds or credit will be issued.
• Rescheduling a lesson is allowed with at least 48 hours advance notice.

Clayhouse Policies

• Private lessons cannot be officially booked/confirmed until full payment is made.
• Any group larger than 5 people is considered a party—please let us know if your group is larger than 5 and we can send you more information.
• Keeping 1 pot is included, which will be trimmed and glazed by our staff. Every additional pot kept costs $15.
• Your finished pottery will be ready for pickup in 6 weeks. We will call when your pottery is ready.
• Food is not allowed in the studio.
• Tipping your instructor is encouraged!
